This is a very colorful little dress in a size 3 made from all cotton prewashed fabric. The skirt is made from several fabrics in the strip design gathered at waist and has a full ruffle at the bottom. Top is made from 3 colors and zips in the back.
I plan to make pant to match in the pink polka dot with the ruffle at the bottom, but it can be purchased with or with out the pants. If pants are wanted they will be additional.
