This is a unique little set in several different fabrics that have to do with cows. The top buttons in front with cow buttons, and has a ruffle all around the bottom.
Pants are elastic waist and have the ruffle at bottom of legs.
Both pieces are completely lined, and made from all cotton fabric for lots of wear.
