This preprinted dress is like a bib dress with strapes that criss cross in the back. It has a big snowman head on bodice and is navy skirt with a snowman border design all around. I am show this with a red shirt, but a white would be good also.

23 inches in chest, but does have elastic

I would be glad to make the red and white stripe pants ot go with it if wanted, they can be long or just below the knee bloomer style.
